Tenements does not renew private rooms correctly

I went to renew the bail on my private room at the tenements and was not charged correctly. I assume the room is now also marked as a shared room and can also be rented.

Yeah, looks like a bug but the plan short term is to overhaul the entire system to use the new rentals system so won't fix it for now.
