Vestibule/Vault of Attainment does not register as Ruin/Crypt

As the title says, the Vestibule and Vault of Attainment in VoB do not register as a crypt or ruin for the purpose of the bonuses that Crypt Raiders get to skills like open lock and disable device.

I'll attach some screenshots as proof when I have the opportunity to go back down there.
