Darkvision not working

Hello all!

I appear to be having an issue with my shadows and general darkness not reacting properly when equipping "Goggles of Night". 

The Darkvision Feat is indeed added to my Feat list, but environmentally nothing brightens or changes in any kind of way.  This is inconvenient when fighting in dark dungeons and have to resort to a Torch, thus unequipping my shield, in order to see anything.  I like the atmosphere and the general darkness of the server, but it would also be nice to have Darkvision work for my character who has likewise invested into Hide and Move Silently - I don't think the "I can't see you, so you can't see me" is applicable here.

Any advice, suggestions, troubleshooting tips are appreciated!

You need to relog with the item equipped, apparently.

Hardcoded issue, so this is the only way around it. I just get by with a ring with a light source instead.

Confirmed.  Thanks for the quick resolution.  Not ideal, but works nonetheless.

Consider this issue closed/resolved - or at least until somebody discovers a potentially better solution.
