When pursuing the bounty in the graveyard/cemetary south of Port-a-Lucine, the area that one needs to go to has a door that will not allow anyone to travel through it. The spawns seem to trigger properly, but the bounty cannot be completed/claimed as players cannot move beyond the door to take care of business.
