Disappearing room keys

I've noticed in Midway and Blood on the Vine that some keys are being removed from the inventory upon entry leaving the inhabitant locked inside the room after they rest.

Logging out and back in will unlock the door if you stand close to it.

Yep, found that out.  Porting to the OOC room and back will do it as well.  Just wasn't sure if this was intended or something that got thrown off recently.
