Ghost barter

I bartered a raise orb to another char next to my corps rather than dropping.
It has frozen my char to the spot, relogging can't fix it.
Can bartering be annulled as a ghost as a easy fix?

Ghost barter should now be disabled altogether. Can anyone confirm?
