Looks to be some sort of faction issue between Merchants and RVT NPCs.  We had a similar incident in the past. This bug is likely related to this one.

Bildrath was dead the last time I was in his shop as well, and his RVT "bodyguard" looked fine. So sounds about right.

Seems the area was reset an Tereza was murdered again, since she's dead in a different spot now.

So that explains why no one answers when I rang the bell at RVT. Figured it may be a big but glad it's been reported :O
