The following notice appears, pinned to a tree in the Mist Camp by an arrow.

I have decided I will part with two items that have long served me well, accessories for only the greatest agents of stealth.


• The Ebon Tiger Belt. The greatest in sashes to conceal the wearer. For this, I will accept 100,000 fangs.
• The Greater Amulet of Mask. A necklace that offers unparalleled ability to do much similar. For this, give me a convincing offer.

If you can bring me a Ring of the Hierophant, may have the belt, and a large sum of gold.
