Hoth doesn't like deliveries

Picture is pretty much self-explanatory. I got a delivery for Hoth from Krofburg (not the illegal deliveries) but when I speak to him, he refuses to replenish his stock. I tried bartering and selling it to him directly, but that didn't work either.

I haven't done those in a long time, but did you try the other Drain NPCs?

I noticed he now has the dialogue option, but I haven’t had a delivery to him (or know where to get one for that matter) so I’m unable to test if it works. I’m under the assumption it would if the option is there however.

The dialogue option is there and works, but he doesn't seem to want to take the package still - says there's "nothing good there." Saying that, the package is from before the fix so i'll see if I can grab a new one and report back
