@setpass not working for Xbox one

Please review and Advise (Originally posted to Tech Discussion by mistake) :

Problem:
Getting error "Character does not have a password set" when trying to join Ravenloft RPG or Action server.
The is occurring for me and another Xbox user.

Steps to Duplicate:
1) Create character on either RPG or Action server
2) Enter Vault area and be prompted to set password
3) type "@setpass XXXXX" twice via the xbox on screen keyboard into Talk channel
4) enter mist and receive error
5) Restarted xbox and recreated new character = same error
6) pluged in USB Keyboard into xbox and still got the same error
7) tested with multiple passwords upper and lower case with and without symbols

It happened to me on PC when I tried to set the password after entering the misty pass-way. Try setting it before you are prompted to do it.

UPDATE:

I created a new character and tried to set the password before being prompted, however this did not work, still getting the error message.

Please advise next steps.

I duplicated the issue at 10:13 am Pacific time today on the Ravenloft POTM Action server.
Created a new character (Barbarian) named: Norquest Stormbringer

I set the password twice via the @setpass command, however the error still is occurring.

Your message could not be delivered because you don't share a server with the recipient or you disabled direct messages on your shared server, recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends, or you were blocked by the recipient.

UPDATE:

I worked with EO via Discord and EO was able to determine the issue is being caused by an Xbox censoring system.  it was automatically changing @setpass to @setp*** to remove the word "ass".  EO temporarily was able to fix the issue by setting the server to also accept @setp*** as a work around (the censor for Xbox cannot be changed).

I tested it and it works.  EO stated that this is a temp solution until they next update the server with a more permanent fix.  I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to EO for taking the time to address this issue.

This is now fixed on the RP and action servers.
