Another fix I found out if you don't see the server or if the game doesn't start go to your steam library, NeverWinter Nights, click settings (little gear box) then go to beta's click development and it will update a download to the most current update automatically. There's no manual update or Nwsync.exe to click on to do this. By doing this I was able to download the new update and then change my settings in beta back to 8186 hoping this works as I have seen no issue yet.
Edit post: So found out once you change your beta to development you need to go into multiplayer and click on ravenloft to actually NwSync, do not go to options to NwSync. Some reason nothing shows up. Went in to server and it began to automatically download for me. It may say you do not have all the necessary downloads. Downloads are provided by third party just click download and it will fix/get those for you. Expect some wait time the current file I'm downloading is 5.3 Gb so yah don't expect a rush in this. Will give further development soon in another post edit.
