Test server: Familiar & Thieves tools

Hiya,

Was playing around on the test server, my wizard wasn't able to use her familiar and received a message saying she wasn't high enough level to cast this spell. She is level 13.

The same error message is given when trying to use any form of thieves tools, on multiple characters.



Edit: This also seems to be the case for the on-use effect on the crowbar

Thanks; it's a new feature being tested on the test server. I found the cause and will fix it before it goes live.
