Action Server crafting problem

In woodworking bolts don't create final product. so far test copper, bronze, iron and silver, those they don't create final product for sure. that report is for the Action Server POTM.

For the sake of consolidation, Posting everything I know about this issue that's been posted, observed, by people here, myself, and my roommate.
Important: This is not an intermittent bug.  It is 100% repeatable, and prevents certain items from existing on the Action server (and I believe will start affecting live very soon). The problem seems to exist with the item that is being created, not with the player who is creating it nor with the recipe being used. 

Recipes that do not work:

• Copper Tipped Arrows
• Bronze Tipped Arrows
• Silver Tipped Arrows
• Steel Tipped Arrows
• Copper Bolts
• Bronze Bolts
• Iron Bolts
• Silver Bolts
• Weak Negative Varnish

Untested, but probably high risk of same problem:

• Steel Bolts
• Iron Arrows
• Adamantite, Electrum, Gold, and Platinum Arrows and Bolts
• All Varnishes
• All Alchemic Arrows
• All Alchemic Bolts

Crafting stations where this has been noted:
Both Woodworking Tables in Valliki Crafting Hall
Woodworking Table in Zeklos Outpost
Herczog Apothecary Southern Alchemy workbench

Environments where this is occurring:
PotM RP Test Server (8193.5) with custom hak pak/tlk dependencies
PotM Action Server (8193.5) with NWSync (and no additional mods)
PotM Action Server (8193.5) with NWSync + default mods installed from live server.

Thank you for the report. Keep the details coming as we investigate on our side too. Is the same issue occuring on the main server now that it's been patched?

Bad news and good news on that front.

The bad news is that it's still happening. These are my test results from the live server:

Iron Tipped Arrows - Successful Craft Roll, learned a new recipe! No arrows generated.
Bronze Tipped Arrows - Successful Craft Roll, learned a new recipe! No arrows generated.
Copper Tipped Arrows - Successful Craft Roll. No arrows generated.
Steel Tipped Arrows - Successful Craft Roll. No arrows generated.

The good news is that my roommate - Shana Lovelace, had dozens of stacks of arrows in his/her inventory.  When logging onto the patched server, nothing seems to have gone missing, which means the items can exist on the server, so maybe that narrows it down a bit.  They're also still usable in combat and able to be equipped, removed, dropped, and picked up safely.

I have duplicated some of this on the live Roleplay server.  This is post-patch (8193.5).  The following do not work for sure, and all are successful crafting rolls:

Silver Tipped Bolts
Silver Tipped Arrows
Steel Tipped Bolts
Steel Tipped Arrows
Strong Alchemical Fire Steel Tipped Bolts

I stopped there for 2 reasons:
1) Didn't want to waste any more materials
2) The server crashed

It's probably safe to say the bulk of the woodworking-assembled ammo is broken.

Can confrim creation of Varnish too suffers this problem.

Where: Herczog Apothecary

When: Whenever attempting to turn Essence into Varnish using the essence with Resin.

What: Making Varnish at the Alchemy Apparatus, even on successes does not yield a varnish. The varnish does not appear in the table like normal.

I still get crafting XP but don't receive the varnish itself.
