Unremarkable feat for free

Where: Anywhere

When: After the last HAK update (I noticed, maybe this happened earlier)

What: He got the "unremarkable" feat after I releveled him for the hak update. This is especially buggy since a prerequisite for the unremarkable feat is having 9-11 CHA and he started with 8 cha

Recreate: Wouldn't know how to recreate this

Ideas: I dunno

What cloak your character is wearing?
Check you cloak to make sure it's not the one that gives this feat.
