Multiple bugs after server update and double crash.

About a week ago after the second time the server crashed I noticed that npcs in Vallaki were yelling at me and I cant use the warehouses anymore. In addition to that my heal skill jumped to about 107.

I was crafting leather in Vallaki when this happened and tried to get help for it but to no avail. I have been busy for the last week here and havent gotten much time top play but when I rested it said my OCR was lowered but it wanst at all.

This is really effecting the way I play my character and would like to be able to talk to people in town again and the high heal stat is a bit unfair.

The characters name is Vafran.
