A dark clad knight whose cloak show a skeletal hand holding aloft a set of scales has been seen putting up notes on noticeboards and various other spots in- and around Vallaki.

As the darkness encroaches, it is the duty of the righteous to take up arms, to strike down evil, to defend those who cannot defend themselves. Though there is but so much one can do on his own, we must stand and fight together lest our efforts be in vain.
