What about a domain based on blood like using your own life essence as a projectile or drain the blood of enemies for some small health in return or more fun or clever idea's a blood domain could work.
maybe more of an offensive type of domain like it could perhaps benefit from other domains? such as sun you gain boiling blood giving some fire damage. and perhaps other variations if that's plausible
