Crowbars in Port-a-Lucine

There's a pretty common Gendarmerie bounty where you need to get to a criminal who has barricaded himself behind locked doors.  More crowbars in Port-a-Lucine would be nice.  I was able to find one for sale.  I recommend adding them to the various smiths in the Merchand as well since they don't sell crowbars.
