UMD, Scrolls, and Spellcraft

I'm aware that spellcraft no longer affords an unlimited bonus to UMD, can anyone out there please tell me specifically how to figure what the DC of any given scroll will be for someone, including their UMD skill and Spellcraft skill?

edit: sorry, I started this with the intent of reporting a bug and realized at the end that I probably wasn't reporting one but that I just didn't know how this system worked. This probably doeesn't belong in the bug report section, but we'll see

The DC Should be 20 + Innate level of the spell
The DC will go down by 2 if you have 5 natural ranks in Spellcraft.

We use a different formula, where Spellcraft affects UMD more than that

Spellcraft affects the DC of scrolls. And the DC is higher base. But I do not remember the actual formula at this time.

Ahhh, kk! Yeah, I remember my first few discoveries to the changes of the UMD system as being pretty hairy situations. 

Would be great to know more about it, when my character had plenty of UMD and spellcraft!
