During a starless night, a hooded man busied himself near the hangman's scaffolding outside of the Outskirts. In minutes, he departed. The only remanence of his passing was a gruesome echo blatantly left before the scaffolding. The brutally severed head of Grigore Antonovich impaled upon a wooden spike. A letter roughly nailed into his decaying skull reads:
"Criminals will be EXECUTED with NO MERCY
A WARNING to those that defy MY WILL
- Justice"
