[Resolved: was able to simply log back in in order to continue the level-up process.]
I logged in an old character: Nell Ward
The scripted message informed me that I needed to relevel character and set height. However, it only game me the xp to reach level 2, instead of level 20.
I'm usually online with Gautier Duplat, for when a DM is able to help with Nell.
Update: Logged her back in, and now the 'level up' option is there. I'll see if it goes up to 20.
