Aren't these supposed to able you to damage were-creatures and undead that are immune to regular weapons? Because they don't.

Eating Belladonna and garlic gives an AC bonus vs Undead and Shapechangers, but no enhancement of attack bonus. Holy water provides an attack bonus against undead, though!
Me miserable! which way shall I fly
Infinite wrath and infinite despair?
Which way I fly is hell; myself am hell;
And in the lowest deep a lower deep,
Still threat’ning to devour me, opens wide,
To which the hell I suffer seems a heaven.

More than that, beledona and garlic are roleplaying tools you can use against many (A)MPCs and DM controlled monsters. I have yet to see a player driven vampire who didn’t absolutely respect and adhere to the non-mechanical rules about such things. Garlic and belledonna; among many other non-mechanical items have saved me from terrible deaths time and time again.

Both give you AB but wont let you damage the enemy. This used to be different few years back. Either it was bugged then or its bugged now.

Mechanically this is all they do and still do, no changes.
