Can't Log into the server - Missing Required HAK

Lady Snow:

Greetings fellow adventurers. I am Lady Snow. And I have traveled from a land known as Krynn in search of a fiend called Lord Soth. (OOC I don't know if he is in this world as in the Ravenloft book series, but I figured I would Introduce my character in my first post coming from a Dragonlance setting  :D)

However, each time I attempt to enter the mist to gain entrance into this new and exciting world, I can not seem to get past the 'hak' ing to get in. Would any of you fine adventures have any suggestions for one such as myself?

I have downloaded cep 2.65 and POTM 2.21 and have the Steam NWN EE. I just can't seem to get past the missing required hak to log in error. Any help?
