Your inventory. Anywhere basically.
When:
Put a Miner's Bag into a container(coffer, bag, briefcase, etc.) and then "use" the Miner's Bag to pick up the ore off the ground. The ore then weighs 0(zero) until the inventory is updated in some way or you rest. Meaning if something is moved, picked up normally or if equipment is changed. NOTE: This was only tested using Miner's Bags on Ingots and Ores!
What:
Causes crafting materials that can go into specialized containers to become weightless. 10 pound ore? Nah, just zero. Don't really need a screenshot this is bug is crazy easy to replicate.

Not a clue. You would somehow have to get the specialized containers to update themselves when using them on items from the ground. Otherwise you would have to make it so they can't be put into other containers....I feel like that would upset quite a few players though.
