Two weapon defense for rangers.

When: Last hak update.

What: Ranger Dual weild no longer counts as a pre-req for two weapon defense,
Prior to the last hak it did, this doesn't seem intentional as I cannot find mention of it in any change log.

Recreate: Create a ranger with 15+ dex, and view the feat list.

Ideas: Add dual weild as an alternative pre-req to two weapon defense? I'm not a coder.

I was leveling up a ranger just a few days ago and was able to get two weapon defense with just the "Dual Wield" ranger feat and no TWF.  Does your PC have the 15 DEX requirement as well?

Edit- Ok so you put in your post that you do have 15 dex.  That's strange though because it worked for me.  I even tested it again just now on a brand new PC, it's allowing me to take it.

I did a little more testing, and it appears I need to remake my character.
Just a bug for existing rangers from before the Update, apologies I should have been more thorough.

I can confirm Legion's words, myself leveled a ranger two weeks ago and dual wield satisfied 2wd feat.
