Tailoring Stores - no patterns available

Hello, I have visited two tailoring shops today in an effort to make some garments for people, but the tailoring sections of the stores do not appear to have any "Garment Patterns" available anymore...

I checked Degannwy and Vallaki, and both tailor merchants no longer have the clothing pattern item, but rather a piece or relatively junky clothing instead.

I don't know if this is more widespread, but I'm not going to check every shop in Barovia right now

On a related note, the tailoring vendor in Vallaki does not have an infinite stock of cloths. That is, when you purchase a particular item, it is gone from their inventory until it resets.

That's been fixed a while ago.

Otherwise, I'll look into the more general bug.
