Starter area: more dummies, etc.

Just a thought, the starter area could do with a few more dye dummies and face mirrors; as the server population's gotten bigger, there's sometimes a queue, especially during big NCEs.

In favour of this, it is needed a lot more now, even a second mirror of changing faces would be greatly appreciated too!

It's not as straightforward as it seems to add more since they use custom tokens and those don't support multiple users very well.
