I learned how it is working. You set the name, then the portrait name on the description slot. Save it then apply normally. Next thing you have to set a new description while under disguise, use @description and @description add normally. Then you will have the name, the portrait and the description for it.

Example:

@disguise set name Malek
@disguise set description po_hu_458_
@disguise save 1
@disguise apply 1
@description Malek does not look suspicious at all.

That's a good find! A very tedious way to work it, but it allows for a portait, and a believable character description... Best we have for now!
