Weather bug in Har'Akir

Happened to me in Har'akir during night one irl day ago.

Character been repeatedly getting cold dmg similiar to the effect of Barovian mountains at winter.

Confirmed.
Transition temp messages list the desert night at -28.
Snow placeable spawns in herb locations.
Rolls for cold damage happen on regular occasion.

I think it is intentional to reflect that the deserts do get pretty cold during the night, though maybe it shouldn't be that bad.

Perhaps you're right,  but the damage reach up to 13 points of cold dmg which is equal to the dmg on mountain peaks in Barovia which isn't quite realistic for the desert,  I think.

I noticed this to.  I'm fine with the "deserts are cold at night" premise, but the weather notification had the temps at 78 degrees Fahrenheit.  If it's going to be freezing, can we at least make the temps reflect that?

I've changed it to decrease the likelihood of snow spawning in Har'Akir. Let us know if snow patches still occur regularly or not.
