@Walk mode.

As of version 2.21, @walk command still does not reduce a character's bonus movement speed. This has been tested with a monk's movement speed progression.

In combination with detect mode as well, the movement speed is unaffected.

Are you using "@walk", or "@walk normal"?  The second one is what I use, and it works perfectly.  Tested with both monk speed, and monk speed + haste.  Makes you walk like a normal person without any kind of speed boost, even while hasted.

'@walk normal' works on my DM avatar.

Yeah, as indicated in the changelog and the commands list in-game only walk normal will slow you down.
