Extra fortitude save for bards and wizards at level 1

I created a few test bards and wizards and I noticed that they get, at level 1, one extra point of fortitude save, without any clear explanation. This happens on more than one character, at least 4, and seems fairly consistent. I was unable to find any other cause for this extra bonus, not in the gear, not in the feats or in the racial bonuses. The other classes I tried have either high fortitude saves or are not affected.

As side notes:
- doing a relevel the bonus persists even at level 1
- the characters in question have not left the OOC room yet
- the localvault copies created when I made these characters do not present this issue and when used in a single player module have their regular save

I had fixed that a while back; it crept back in. I'll attempt another fix in the next update.

Just verified in game on the characters mentioned above.
