Bounties for Crawler

As many might know, its quite difficult as a Caliban or "unwanted" to turn in bounty requests. That is why I would like to suggest that "Crawler" have the ability to buy bounty items for himself, and take in other bounties to be delivered topside. For a share of the profits of course.

Would make the life for low level calibans and other unwanted a bit easier.

The way the system works makes this difficult if not impossible. Besides, there's no reason to guarantee that caliban can do exactly the same missions as everyone else either IC or OOC. Instead, I might look into adding more quests or delivery options that are Drain-specific.
