This woman assaulted and SLEW a young employee of the Broken Bell Theatre IN FRONT OF MANY WITNESSES including patrons and exalted guests from abroad.
The wounds on the man's remains indicated the use of witch-craft. Witnesses also state that she summoned a creature to assist in her foul deed.
It was merely an ARGUMENT that incited her to commit MURDER. Beware the spiteful machinations of this witch!

REWARD: 20,000 FANG

She is a fey, pale of skin and fair of hair. She is often seen wearing golden gowns and garments with intricate embroidery.  She has a haughty, holier-than-thou manner, and is utterly reckless with her witch-craft.
No cloak of magic shall conceal her from the eyes of justice.
  Her life will be spared should she surrender herself at once.

This witch has continued to trespass on the Bell multiple times, recently robbing and attempting to murder me. Consequently, I hereby offer to supplement the Citadel's reward for her being brought to justice with 30,000 of my own fang, bringing the total bounty to 50,000 gold.
