Relevel Crystal never used but timer ticking down fast

So across all my chars on the same account, I've never used the relevel crystal (before or after the refresh) they all have 5 uses but they all suddenly have 8 days and 9 hours left, I checked the time again moments later and it was 8 days and 8 hours, literally a few minutes later it was 8 days and 7 hours...

All still with 5 uses and the time is constantly dropping, this is a bug right?

I asked some other players and they have said they have varying amounts of time left

Isn't it meant to tick after your first use...?

Edit: so it seems it's been ticking since each character did their forced relevel, is this intended...?

The countdown starts when a character first uses it or after a forced relevel since the goal is to let people fix build mistakes early on or after hak updates introduce new build elements.

Indeed. And whenever we force relevel people they get five new uses and a month.
