Talked with some other AMPCs and did a little investigating after chatting a bit with them. I think having the ability to hostile everyone on the server with a text command would be a godsend of helpfulness to folks who might have to spontaneously PVP; especially our lovable shapeshifting monsters who don't have the ability to make use of a certain command for ease-of-access hostiling currently! At least make it available as a command for the monster folk, I was saddened to hear our shapey-friends can't make use of a reliable hostile method.
