Biceps Model 175 for Males

I have seen this model for biceps (#175) before being used on male characters on different modules, but on PotM it only seems to be accessible to females. That whole set (including the forearms matching it) doesn't seem to be available for male characters either.

Is there a possibility that this can be changed?

If you can find the model/texture, I can import it. It's not part of the CEP.
