Degannwy npc's hostiling players
« on: February 11, 2019, 09:12:39 PM »
Every now and then myself or another player will log in and be in Degannwy (it can also happen by just walking in from another area as well, but that seems to happen less), but when we log in the npc's upstairs are hostile and instantly attack. Obviousl ythey werent hostile before we logged or we would have never made it through the gates. Usually just log out for the night and find something else to do when this happens as it usually takes a server reset to fix this issue.

Could it be your outcast rating?

I don't know that outcast rating would have anything to do with it, since Degannwy's NPCs generally don't have a problem with half-orcs, calibans, drow and whatever other outcast races trigger the Garda. The only time I've seen Degannwy's NPCs hostile someone randomly was years ago when Kith and Legos were having a sparring demonstration. Soon as they started fighting, every NPC in sight attacked Legos. Is it possible you did something similar?
