Ouvrier Caliban More Disfigured Than Usual

I don't know if it's just my client but someone should look at the caliban milling around in the daytime in the Quartier Ouvrier. Their textures are all kinds of messed up.

this happens a lot nowadays, i think there's some settings to fix it but i dont know if it fixes it entirely (and i think its funny so i dont know what those settings are)

but it is client side!

Turning that off should fix that.
