Requesting to add Template Werepanther.

While I know the template for wereleopard is already present, its not exactly lore friendly to the server. Werepanthers are actually a major staple to the land of Valachan under Baron von Kharkov. Opening this template would infact open another element of RP of one of the lands of Ravenloft. What could also be considered is an alteration of the wereleopard to give it black fur and permittance to call it a werepanther to permit the play of such.
