Darkness + True Seeing

Cast True Seeing on your self.
Cast Darkness on your self.
Wait for the True Seeing to expire: All PC's and NPC's will be invisible to you now until you re-log.

I cant replicate this bug every time but it happens most of the times.
I thought this was an EE thing for a long time but I've only had it happen in PoM.

I believe the same happens with ultravision. I'm not sure if you'd see another character if it sticks really close to you like the invisibility spell however.

Yep, it's the darkness bug. Happens all the time. Has something to do with the game having trouble noting when you exit the field of Darkness even long after the the spell has ended. Simple relog will fix.

I was aware the darkness bug is triggered if you apply ultravision on someone while within darkness, I wasn't aware it did it in reverse too. Huh.

It's a horrible bug I haven't seen a fix for on any other server yet. It's not exclusive to EE, and I guess it's an example of a hard-coded bug, like the entanglement/AC dex bug.
