Chitin plated gloves bug

The chitin plated gloves weight as much as the steel plated gloves (2,4 lbs) and in addition they give -1 Disable traps and -2 Sleight of Hand.
One more thing I should add is that both the steel plated gloves and the thick chitin plated gloves don't give any of the negative effects that the chitin plated gloves give.
