When:
Upon casting the spell, then logging off the character before it dispels by itself or on rest.
What:
It appears logging off the caster of glyph of warding, cleric 3rd level spell, before it naturally wears out or dispels on rest, makes it permanent. I tried to log back on the caster and rest after that, which didn't dispel the glyphs.
A dispel spell however removed them.
Recreate:
Place a glyph of warding, then log off the caster. Switch character and wait until past the delay of the spell duration.
Ideas:
Not many ideas. Simply won't do it again and advise against it. Maybe a thing with the spell duration.
