Nordenvalle Fane - Biskop Taico - Unable to Revive a Player.

DM Wrath asked me to report this bug:

When attempting to revive a Human PC to Biskop Taico with the gold required , the process for revival does not occur. I was told that the NPC in Nordevnalle Fane was able to revive PC's now.

I've completed the change, it should be live in the next update or so. The change log will let you know once it's done.
