Divine Vigor is a broken feat and needs a nerf

My title says my intent. Right now divine casters with turn undead can use this feat an absurdly amount of time in a matter of seconds to give themselves a very high amount of HP. It pretty much makes them unkillable since they can use the feat even when being immobilized. This exact situation happened yesterday, when a paladin that was badly wounded started spamming it while unable to move/use potions/cast spells. He survived 2 greater missile storms and 2 gutwrench before finally dying. I think something is definitly wrong here.

A lvl 20 Paladin, cleric with 20 turn undead from Charisma, feats, items could get 400 Temporary HP that can be refresh at will, instantly.

We'll adress the situation. Probably add a cool down period.

In PnP, it's a standard action; if it could become a standard action that doesn't draw an AoO, that would also be fair. After all, for a standard action you can drink a Heal potion.
