Bug Report - Destructive Rage

As this feat is suppose to add +8 to bashing only during rage, it seems it still applies while not in rage.

Here, the check in blue is from bashing a locked sarcophagus. The initial strength mod is +2 (and isn't in green so the rage is not activated), yet the modifier remains +10, meaning the +8 from Destructive Rage might still apply nonetheless.
