Alarm spell and ghosts
« on: June 29, 2018, 02:32:15 AM »
So I found out to day that ghosts trigger your alarms, and I feel like that should not happen. If it is meant to happen then so be it, but it seems counter intuitive to me. If this is a possible change great if its impossible, I rarely see this as being a problem. Here is the video of it happening though.

I don't think its necessarily wrong, the alarm says it detects a presence and it isn't false. The presence is a ghost in that case. While it's useless to detect a ghost, I personally think that anything that goes over that alarm spell should be detected.

In the P&P variant of the spell, astral and ethereal creatures do not trigger the alarm.

Thanks for reporting the issue. We'll check if we can correct it.
Best Regards!
