Knockdown, Disarm not porting over

When porting an old character over to EE i am now missing these free feats.

Did you check after levelling up? They're granted at level 2.

Yes, i did level up and they are not in the special attacks section and i have not found them in other sessions either.

Maybe related to this bug:

I had Disarm on a PC; when I took Improved Disarm, the option to do Improved Disarm didn't appear and I also lost the Disarm action.

I just levelled Erzsebet up and can confirm no disarm or knockdown appear in the radial dial.

Confirmed, on Audric.  Disarm/KD do not come.

A theory to test, is that maybe they /now/ receive these feats on level 1, as opposed to level 2, meaning Old Server characters would not be triggered to receive it at all.  Just a thought.

Edit: Never mind, we did put these specific feats at level one and something isn’t adjusting correctly.

I would recommend using the relevel crystal on top of the relevel command.  I used the relevel command and the crystal and seemingly bypassed this problem.

I seem to be having this problem on an old but recently converted character.  Even after releveling.
