Returning to Near Ethereal as a Ghost

Any chance we could see this system changed so that ghosts can teleport back to the Near Ethereal using the Rest menu? Finding a mistway can be extremely tedious and possibly even take hours to reach if someone is in a really bad spot.

I'll add a new command (@return) that will allow players to port back to the Near Ethereal as ghosts.
