I don't see my characters Transfer over !

I log in there nothing in my vault no characters transfer on all my accounts

Yes, you can only play old characters on the standard Diamond Edition server that is up right now. Only newly made characters can be used on the Enhanced Edition server. When NCE is over, old characters from the started server will be merged onto the Enhanced Edition server.
