As winter settles, the saving throws again the cold weather appears again in the log... Though it doesn't seem like the saving throw bonus is added.

I wouldn't know know if the +4 saving throw bonus is supposed to show in the log, but in this case it doesn't. May need to check if the other bonuses applies. Unless "cold weather" is another type of saving throw than just "cold".

It actually lowers the DC rather than raise the save.

Same feat applies to exhaustion.  How does it work with it? There's no saving throw vs exhaustion. Does it increase exhaustion threshold?
